Role Description The Manager of Sales Application is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales application processes and tools. This role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, including monitoring application performance, ensuring accurate data flow, and coordinating with sales, customer service, and technical teams. The manager will analyze sales metrics, identify process improvements, support business planning activities, and contribute to the design and implementation of sales strategies.



Daily tasks include resolving application-related issues, training team members on tools and workflows, and maintaining solid communication with stakeholders to align sales applications with business goals. The role requires a hands-on approach to improving efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and supporting revenue growth.
