Role Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Home Chef Support Executive to join our team. As a Home Chef Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our home chefs. Your responsibilities will include effective communication, issue resolution, training, and feedback collection to enhance the overall experience for our home chefs.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication channels with home chefs through various mediums, including email, chat, and phone.
Address inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

2. Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently resolve any issues or challenges faced by home chefs.




Document and track support tickets to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.

3. Training and Resources:
Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials for home chefs.
Provide guidance on the use of our platform, tools, and resources to enhance the chef experience.

4. Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from home chefs regarding their experiences and suggestions for improvement.
Analyze feedback to identify trends and recommend process enhancements.

5. Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of home chef information, including contact details, preferences, and performance metrics.
Generate reports to track key performance indicators related to chef support.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Business, etc.) or recent graduate.
Robust organisational and multitasking abilities.
