We are seeking an experienced Principal Firmware Engineer with 15+ years of expertise in embedded firmware development to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex connected products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with embedded systems, RTOS, Linux, IoT cloud connectivity, networking protocols, and secure device lifecycle management.

As a technical leader, you will define software architecture, drive engineering excellence, mentor teams, and collaborate with product, hardware, cloud, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable, reliable,



and secure solutions from concept to deployment.

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

Technical Leadership :

Define and drive firmware architecture for embedded and IoT products.
Lead end-to-end firmware development from requirements through production release.
Mentor and guide firm ware teams across multiple projects.
Conduct architecture, design, code and quality reviews.
Establish engineering best practices, coding standards and CI/CD processes.

Firmware & Embedded Development :

Design and develop firmware for ARM Cortex-based embedded platforms.
Develop low-level drivers, bootloaders, middleware, and application software.
Work with RTOS and Linux based systems including Free RTOS, ThreadX, MbedOS and Embedded Linux.
Optimize firmware for performance, memory utilization, reliability, and power efficiency.
Integrate communication interfaces and protocols including USB, I2C ,SPI, SDIO,
