About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, high-energy Group Account Manager to lead our Creatives for Commerce division. This role is specifically designed for a leader who understands that in today's digital landscape, creative is the new targeting.

You will be responsible for overseeing brands that partner with us for performance-driven creative assets, ranging from high-converting UGC (User-Generated Content) to large-scale influencer campaigns, end-to-end video production, and post-production workflows. Your mission is to bridge the gap between creative storytelling, video production excellence, and performance data.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Creative Excellence

* Develop and oversee the execution of high-performing static and video ad creatives specifically designed for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Oversee the end-to-end video production lifecycle, from concept development and shoot direction to video editing, pacing, and post-production refinement.
* Lead the team in competitor analysis, video trend spotting,



and hook testing to ensure our clients stay ahead of the curve.
* Own the creation of comprehensive creative strategy decks that align brand identity with performance goals.

2. System Building & Process Optimization

* Build and refine internal systems for sourcing, briefing, filming, and editing high-volume, high-quality UGC and branded video assets.
* Optimize post-production operations, ensuring effective hand-offs between creative directors, video editors, performance marketers, and account teams.
* Establish a rigorous system for assessing the impact of creative assets.
* Define and track video-specific KPIs such as Hook Rate, Hold Rate, Thumb-Stop Ratio, and ROAS-based creative attribution.

3. Client Success & Business Growth

* Maintain strong relationships with key brand stakeholders, presenting creative concepts and video performance reports to demonstrate ROI.
