Account Manager – Social Media
Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager – Social Media who can manage multiple client accounts end-to-end, from understanding the client’s business and social media objectives to planning, execution, coordination, reporting, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client objectives, brand positioning, audience and business priorities.
Develop monthly social media strategies, content calendars and campaign plans.
Coordinate with content writers, designers, video editors and performance marketing teams.
Brief the creative team clearly and ensure timely delivery of content.
Review content before sending it to clients for approval.
Manage client feedback and ensure revisions are closed within timelines.
Track content calendars, deadlines, approvals and publishing schedules.
Coordinate and execute social media campaigns and launches.




Monitor account performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, content quality and brand presence.
Handle client calls, presentations and regular account reviews.
Ensure smooth communication between the client and internal team.
Manage multiple priorities without compromising quality or timelines.
Must-Have Skills
2–5 years of experience in social media/account management.
Strong client communication and presentation skills.
Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
Solid understanding of content strategy, social media trends and audience behaviour.
Ability to write clear creative briefs and understand content/design.
Good knowledge of Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads is preferred.
Strong project management and follow-up skills.
