Position: Supply Chain Executive

Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order processing workflow and handling product returns efficiently. This role ensures seamless coordination between internal teams, logistics partners, and customers to maintain operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily customer orders on the company’s ERP or OMS platforms (e.g., Unicommerce, Shopify, etc.).
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order dispatch, inventory allocation, and shipment tracking.
Maintain up-to-date records of order status, cancellations, and reshipments.
Oversee return order initiation, pickup scheduling, and product quality checks upon return.
Reconcile returned inventory and update systems to reflect stock changes.
Work closely with the finance team for refund/replacement processing and dispute resolution.
Analyze return trends to identify product or courier-related issues and suggest corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Liaise with courier partners for shipment-related escalations, delays, or claim settlements.
Key Skills:
Hands-on experience with ERP, OMS, or WMS tools (e.g., Unicommerce, Zoho, etc.).
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset and data-driven approach to improving operational
efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Commerce, or a related
field.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce order management, logistics, or supply chain
operations.
Knowledge of reverse logistics and courier management.
Work Environment:
Full-time position with standard office hours (Monday to Saturday).
