Role Overview
As a Web Developer at Tussle Digital, you will be responsible for designing, developing, optimising, and maintaining client websites and web applications.



The ideal candidate will have strong WordPress development experience while also possessing the ability to build contemporary, high-performance websites using Next.js and React.
You will play a key role in helping our agency transition from traditional WordPress development to a modern, scalable Next.js architecture while ensuring exceptional user experience, SEO performance, and technical excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesWordPress Development
Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.
Build responsive client websites using WordPress.
Maintain and enhance existing WordPress websites.
Work with WooCommerce and custom integrations.
Optimise website performance, Core Web Vitals, security, and SEO.
Manage WordPress hosting environments and deployments.
Troubleshoot bugs, plugin conflicts, and website issues.
Next.js & Modern Web Development
Build modern frontend applications using Next.js and React.
Develop reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS.
Integrate APIs and headless CMS platforms.
