Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for Inbound Sales Telecallers based in Hyderabad. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from potential and existing customers, provide detailed information about car care services and products, and respond to inquiries in a clear and professional manner.



You will qualify leads, understand customer needs, recommend appropriate services or packages, and guide customers through booking or purchase processes. Telecallers will update and maintain customer records in the system, follow up on inquiries to convert them into confirmed appointments or sales, and coordinate with the workshop and front-office teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. The role also includes meeting daily and monthly call and conversion targets while adhering to company policies and maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain products and services clearly over the phone.
