We are seeking an experienced Pre-sales Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in pre-sales and business analysis, with a strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sales phase, understanding their business needs and requirements.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Solution Design: Work closely with the technical team to design and propose tailored IT solutions that meet client requirements.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, BRDs, Mock-ups, presentations, and demonstrations to clients.




Technical Skills: Solid understanding of IT solutions, software development lifecycle, and emerging technologies.
RFP/RFI Management: Lead the response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and solution overviews.
Client Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the solutions.
