Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
• Lead and manage Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development functions.
• Drive sales performance and strengthen dealer and distributor networks across assigned regions.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and enhance customer relationships.
• Monitor business performance through MIS, KPIs, budgets, and strategic planning.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams while fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals and long-term business objectives.
• Ensure operational excellence,



process improvement, and compliance with company policies.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA (Marketing/Business Management) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in Cattle Feed, Animal Nutrition, Agri-inputs, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, Team Leadership, and Strategic Planning.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead large teams and manage multi-location business operations.
