We’re Hiring: Production Engineer – Vehicle Manufacturing
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Automobile (Engineering or Diploma)

We are looking for an execution-oriented Production Engineer who can take ownership of day-to-day vehicle production and ensure that work moves smoothly from components and fabrication to final assembly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day vehicle production and assembly activities
Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, technicians and shop-floor workers
Follow up on procurement, fabrication and availability of production materials
Ensure production is carried out as per drawings, specifications and quality requirements
Coordinate mechanical and electrical activities during vehicle assembly
Monitor production progress and ensure timelines are met
Identify and resolve day-to-day production and execution issues
Maintain production status, material requirements and basic documentation




Conduct basic inspection and quality checks during assembly
Take ownership of getting the vehicle from production stage to completed, tested vehicle
What We’re Looking For
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
1–3 years of experience in vehicle production, automobile manufacturing or related manufacturing
Good practical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems
Solid vendor, worker and team coordination skills
Good communication and follow-up ability
Comfortable working on the shop floor and handling multiple activities simultaneously
Problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset
Ability to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions
Preferred
Experience in:
Automobile / vehicle manufacturing
Production and assembly operations
Fabrication coordination
Vendor management
Mechanical and electrical assembly
This is an execution-heavy role. We are looking for someone who can coordinate people, follow up with vendors
