Role Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Relations Manager to build and manage relationships with companies hiring technology talent. The role involves B2B outreach, lead generation, corporate partnerships, and driving hiring opportunities for Crio.Do learners.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with HRs, Hiring Managers, Founders, CTOs, and Talent Acquisition teams.

Identify companies with technology hiring requirements.

Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.





Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate suitable learner profiles.

Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring partners.

Coordinate with internal teams to support successful placements.

Maintain outreach and client engagement records.

Track outreach, conversion, and hiring metrics.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Relations, Client Acquisition, or Partnerships.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with cold calling and reaching out to senior decision-makers.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Experience in EdTech, SaaS, Recruitment/Staffing, or the technology ecosystem is a plus.
