Role Description The Video Editor role at Podflix is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, editing video content, and applying color grading to ensure visual consistency and quality. Day-to-day tasks include creating motion graphics, incorporating visual assets, syncing audio, and preparing final cuts for various platforms. The role involves close collaboration with producers and other creatives to interpret briefs, refine visual narratives, and meet deadlines. The Video Editor will also manage media files, follow brand guidelines,



and maintain an organized workflow throughout each project.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end post-production tasks.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, high-quality visual tone and style.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower-thirds, and visual elements.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to follow creative direction while offering constructive input.
Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.
