"Roles:

Manages complex technical programs that require coordination across multiple

teams and stakeholders.

Focuses on the delivery of technical solutions and ensuring alignment with

business objectives.

Responsibilities

Program Planning: Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create

detailed program plans and schedules.

Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering,

product management, and operations, to ensure program alignment.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks. Develop

contingency plans as needed.

Progress Tracking: Monitor program progress and performance. Use metrics and

KPIs to track and report on program status.

Technical Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to make informed decisions

and solve problems. Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with

architectural standards.

Stakeholder Management:



Engage and communicate with stakeholders to

understand their needs and expectations. Ensure their involvement and buy-in

throughout the program lifecycle, addressing concerns and aligning objectives

to ensure program success.

Strategy: Develop and implement program strategies that align with the

overall business strategy. Ensure that program goals support long-term

business objectives and contribute to the strategic vision of the

organization.

Architectural Backlog: Maintain and prioritize an architectural backlog to

address technical debt, system enhancements, and architectural improvements.

Drive the implementation of these items to ensure the system's scalability,

performance, and maintainability align with long-term business and technical

goals."
