Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. The Human Resources Manager will manage HR documentation, maintain compliance with applicable laws and company standards,



and support compensation and benefits administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, driving learning and development initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and handling employee queries and conflict resolution.
