Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced *Head of Copywriting* to lead our copywriting team and develop strong, creative, and strategic content for brands across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the copywriting team and creative content process.
* Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, taglines, scripts, ad copies, website content, and social media content.
* Create brand communication strategies aligned with client objectives.
* Review, edit, and ensure high-quality copy across all platforms.
* Work closely with designers, social media teams, strategists, and account managers.
* Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across campaigns.
* Present creative concepts and copy ideas to clients.
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Mentor junior and mid-level copywriters.

Requirements





* *5+ years of professional copywriting experience*, preferably in a creative/digital agency.
* Strong understanding of branding, advertising, social media, and digital marketing.
* Excellent English writing and communication skills.
* Solid creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
* Experience managing a team and leading creative projects.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple brands.
* Strong proofreading and editing skills.
* Portfolio showcasing campaign, advertising, social media, and brand copy.

Preferred

* Agency experience.
* Experience working with multiple industries and brands.
* Knowledge of current digital and social media trends.
* Experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns.
