Full-Time Social Media & Community Specialist
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys using social media and spends significant time on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
You do not need extensive professional experience. We care more about your interest in social media, communication skills, attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to learn.
All core content will be provided. Your responsibility will be to manage our social media accounts during working hours, publish and distribute content, engage with our audience, monitor activity, identify potential leads, and report anything significant to the team.
Responsibilities
Manage our LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X accounts during working hours.
Publish provided posts, images, videos, and other content according to the schedule.
Adapt captions, hashtags, formatting, and posting style for each platform when required.
Monitor comments, replies, mentions, direct messages, tags, and notifications.
Respond to basic questions using approved guidelines.
Identify potential customers,



partnership opportunities, inquiries, and sales leads.
Immediately notify us when someone shows buying intent or requests more information.
Engage with relevant posts and communities to increase visibility.
Keep track of important conversations and follow-ups.
Escalate complaints, sensitive issues, unusual activity, or negative comments.
Monitor account notifications and report security, access, or platform-related problems.
Maintain a simple daily record of posts published, engagement, leads, and noteworthy activity.
Provide a short end-of-day update.
Requirements
Strong interest in social media and comfort using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
Ability to remain active and attentive on social media throughout working hours.
Good written English and professional communication.
Fast response time when an important lead or issue appears.
