Role Description The Area Sales Manager role at Ocean Plus is a full-time, on-site position based in Himachal Pradesh, UttarPradesh,Rajasthan. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and expanding the dealer and distributor network, and developing strong relationships with key customers in the piping and irrigation sector. Day-to-day activities include market visits, lead generation,



product presentations, negotiation, order follow-up, and coordination with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and after-sales support. The role also involves tracking competitor activities, providing market insights, supporting promotional campaigns, and ensuring timely collection of payments. The Area Sales Manager will prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to drive growth in the assigned territory.
Qualifications
B.Tech, M.Tech in Agriculture
Demonstrated skills in field sales, territory management, and dealer/distributor relationship building.
Experience with B2B sales in sectors such as agriculture, irrigation, infrastructure, or industrial products.
Robust communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities to manage diverse stakeholders.
Capability in basic sales reporting, forecasting, and use of MS Office or CRM tools.
