Be an integral part of the fast-paced geo-environmental team, working with the team to deliver a vast array of projects

Responsibilities

Contribute to the Geo-environmental Design team to help deliver high profile, complex and challenging projects related to geo-environmental engineering, waste management, mining, water, site transition and other multidisciplinary engineering works throughout Victoria and interstate.
Develop technical documents (e.g., reports, specifications, drawings) for key clients throughout various project execution phases (concept, pre-feasibility, feasibility, detailed design, construction, operation, and decommissioning);
Contributing to the technical delivery of our projects, incorporating resource, financial management, risk management and quality management in accordance with the requirements of the business.
Strong project management skills with evidence of managing projects to WSP PM Level 1 as a minimum
Providing technical direction and mentorship to junior staff;
Coordination of contract management,



including suppliers and sub-contractors;
Preparing proposals and reports for clients to a high standard, adhering to our approved review requirements
Assist with project planning and preparation of technical deliverables.
Comply with all role specific SHEQ obligations.
Always represent WSP to a qualified standard
Participate in company and team development initiatives.
Proven ability to use a variety of standard engineering methods and techniques in problem solving.
Possess strong time and priority management skills to allow for the management of a varying workload.
Work collaboratively with colleagues from all parts of the WSP business, adopting the OneWSP mindset.
Undertake initiatives that lead to improved client feedback, satisfaction and exceed client expectations.
Apply industry standards and guidelines.
Apply relevant State and Federal legislation

Qualifications

Master Degree (Engineering) or Equivalent.
