Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 DOE

Job type: Full time/Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week) + flexibility to support the needs of the business

Location: Flexible – Can be based at any one of our 7x depots across Dorset, Wiltshire, Somerset and Hampshire (regular travel across the group will be expected)

About The Role

Due to the continued growth of our business we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Aftermarket Manager to lead our Service and Parts departments across the Group.

Reporting directly to the this is the most senior position within our Aftermarket operation. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the strategic direction, operational performance and financial success of our Aftermarket department.

Leading our Group Service Manager and Group Parts Manager,



you will develop and implement a long term aftermarket strategy that aligns with both our business objectives and John Deeres dealer standards and vision.

This is a high profile leadership role requiring a commercially astute individual who can inspire teams, influence senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the Group Aftermarket strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and John Deere’s strategic direction whilst translating into transparent operational plans and measurable business outcomes.
Provide inspirational leadership to the Group Service Manager, Group Parts Manager and wider management teams, creating a high performing, customer focused culture.
