YOUR ROLE




As an Academic Counselor / Sales Closer, you will:
* Connect with inbound and outbound leads
* Counsel parents and students regarding suitable programs
* Understand student requirements and recommend the right solution
* Build trust and establish meaningful conversations with parents
* Handle objections confidently and professionally
* Follow up consistently with interested prospects
* Maintain and update lead status in TeleCRM
* Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
* Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* 1-3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, EdTech Sales, Education Sales, or Inside Sales
* Excellent spoken Hindi and English
* Solid communication and counseling skills
* Ability to build rapport with parents and students
* Good objection handling and closing skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and accountable
* Comfortable handling 50–80 leads per day
