Role Description The Group Class Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves planning and delivering engaging group training sessions, workshops, or fitness classes aligned with Nordinn’s standards and client needs. The Trainer leads groups through structured programs, demonstrates techniques or activities, ensures participant safety, and adjusts sessions for different skill levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, organizing materials or equipment, tracking attendance and progress,



and providing clear feedback and motivation to participants. The Trainer collaborates with colleagues and client representatives to refine programs, supports continuous improvement, and maintains a professional and inclusive environment in all sessions.
Qualifications

Ability to design and deliver structured group sessions, with strong skills in planning, organizing, and facilitating training or classes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent instruction, active listening, and the ability to motivate and engage diverse groups.
Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, respect for diverse backgrounds, and the ability to create a welcoming, non-discriminatory environment.
Strong observation and assessment skills to monitor participant performance, provide constructive feedback, and adapt sessions to varying abilities.
