Role Description The Session Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. The person in this role will schedule, organize, and monitor 1-to-1 tutoring sessions, ensuring that learners, tutors, and resources are aligned and prepared. Daily responsibilities include coordinating session timings, managing changes or cancellations, updating internal systems, and maintaining clear communication with tutors, learners, and guardians. The Session Coordinator will also track attendance, resolve routine issues, support quality assurance efforts, and provide feedback to leadership to improve operational efficiency.



This role involves close collaboration with academic and administrative teams to help deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management abilities to coordinate multiple tutoring schedules and priorities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tutors, learners, and guardians in a professional manner.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and online tools used for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage changes, resolve conflicts, and maintain accurate records.
Prior experience in education support, operations, customer service, or administrative coordination is beneficial.
Ability to work in office in Gurgaon, collaborate with teams, and adapt to a fast-paced academic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education or management-related fields
