Role Description The Jewelry Sales Associate is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The person in this role will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through product selections, explaining design, materials, and pricing. Daily tasks include presenting jewelry pieces, handling inquiries, processing sales transactions and returns, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring displays and showcases are clean, organized, and visually appealing. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, supporting stock management,



and collaborating with team members to meet individual and store sales targets while delivering a positive in-store experience.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear speaking and active listening with diverse customers.
Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to provide attentive support and resolve inquiries professionally.
Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
Retail Sales experience, including handling sales transactions, upselling, and working toward sales goals.
Basic knowledge of jewelry types, metals, and gemstones, or willingness to learn quickly.
Comfort with working on-site in a retail environment, including weekends and peak festive seasons.
Attention to detail, integrity in handling payments and high-value items, and a professional appearance.
Prior experience in jewelry or fashion retail is an advantage; a high school dipl
