Role Description

Role Title: Microsoft Systems SME Experience: 10+ Years Location: India (Offshore) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Systems Administrator SME to provide advanced administration and operational support across Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft cloud technologies. The individual will act as a senior technical resource within the customer's IT operations team, supporting day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, configuration management, and operational improvements across the Microsoft ecosystem. The role requires robust expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune, and Azure services associated with Microsoft workplace and identity platforms. The resource will work under customer direction and follow customer-defined processes, standards, and priorities. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune, and Entra ID. Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure,



platform, and user-related issues. Manage identity and access administration, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, group management, licensing, and permissions. Implement configuration changes, policy updates, and platform optimizations. Support operational changes and service improvement initiatives. Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed operational processes. Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior administrators. Create and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles. Support Azure services related to Microsoft 365 and identity management. Participate in change management activities and execute approved changes. Collaborate with customer stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to resolve operational issues. Ensure adherence to customer ITSM, governance, security, and compliance requirements. Required
