We are seeking enthusiastic Counsellors to join our team for Engineering, Law, and MBA streams. This role blends counselling and outreach, requiring candidates who can guide students while managing outbound communication. Selected candidates will receive structured training from guest lecturers to strengthen their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel aspirants on admission processes and career pathways.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Guide students in stream and college selection.
Participate in training sessions and apply learnings effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
Communication: Marathi is mandatory; Hindi/English preferred.
Education: BCA, B.Com, or B.Tech graduates; pursuing graduation acceptable.
Experience: EdTech background preferred; sales experience valued.
Role Type: Caller + Counsellor.
