Role Description The Financial Controller is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial management and reporting. This role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, supervising the accounting function, and ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing. The Financial Controller will manage and monitoring cash flow and supporting strategic financial planning.



The role also involves implementing and maintaining internal controls, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, and coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners. The Financial Controller will collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights that support business decisions in a dynamic media environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, including financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Robust Accounting knowledge, including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and support strategic decision-making.
Professional qualification of CA and 3 years work ex.
