Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality YouTube videos (Long-form Educational Content)
Create engaging YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and other short-form content
Design professional YouTube thumbnails with high click-through potential
Create banners, social media posts, promotional creatives, and marketing graphics
Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, lower thirds, subtitles,



and visual effects where appropriate
Perform colour correction, audio enhancement, noise reduction, and final video optimisation
Maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual content
Collaborate with the team to plan content ideas and improve audience engagement
Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high production quality
Required SkillsVideo Editing
Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention
Experience editing educational, finance, or YouTube content
Ability to add professional transitions, motion graphics, text animations, and sound design
Knowledge of video optimisation for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
Graphic Design
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools
