We're looking for someone who can build the intelligence engine of our business, not by creating more dashboards, but by uncovering the few fundamental drivers that truly determine outcomes. Someone who isn't fascinated by numbers themselves, but by what they reveal.
This is a discovery role, not a reporting role. You'll connect internal business data, customer behaviour, sales conversations, category dynamics, competitive actions, commodity movements, macroeconomic trends and ground intelligence — to help leadership answer:
What is happening?
Why is it happening?
What will happen next?




What should we do about it?

⚡️What You'll Do
Integrate and analyse data across internal business performance, customer behaviour, sales conversations, category dynamics, competitive actions, commodity movements, macroeconomic trends and ground intelligence.
Answer four core business questions on an ongoing basis: What is happening? Why is it happening? What will happen next? What should we do about it?
Identify the few fundamental variables that truly drive business outcomes, rather than surface-level correlations.
Separate correlation from causation, signal from noise, and structural shifts from temporary fluctuations.
Continuously form, test and refine hypotheses using evidence, and be willing to challenge existing assumptions or conventional wisdom.
Partner closely with sales, category, and leadership teams to convert analytical findings into actionable business decisions.
