Role Overview
We are looking for a Data & Financial Analyst who can build the Data Intelligence layer at Lark.
This is a high-impact role combining data analytics, financial analysis, business intelligence and AI. The candidate will be responsible for converting Lark's operational, customer, lending and financial data into actionable intelligence that helps management make better and faster business decisions.
The role will involve building data models, business metrics, financial analysis,



intelligence dashboards and AI-enabled analytical capabilities.
The ideal candidate should think beyond traditional MIS and ask:
What does the data tell us? What is changing? Why is it changing? What should we do about it?

Key Responsibilities

1. Build Lark's Data Intelligence Layer
Design and build the data intelligence framework for Lark's business.
Create a structured data layer combining business, financial, customer, lending, partner and operational data.
Define and maintain a single source of truth for critical business metrics.
Develop automated data pipelines, analytical models and management dashboards.
Establish data standards, definitions and governance for key business metrics.
Build systems that enable teams to access and interpret business intelligence quickly.

2. AI-Powered Data Intelligence
Explore and implement AI/ML capabilities for business and financial intelligence.
