Role Description : The Digital Marketing & Growth Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
VAAHE is looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead the brand’s digital marketing, growth initiatives, and marketing team. The role requires a mix of creative thinking, performance marketing, brand building, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute VAAHE’s overall digital marketing and growth strategy.
Manage social media, content calendars, campaigns,



and brand communication.
Handle and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other paid campaigns.
Drive website traffic, online sales, customer acquisition, and engagement.
Plan influencer and creator collaborations.
Manage email, WhatsApp, and customer retention campaigns.
Coordinate with designers, agencies, photographers, and content creators.
Manage, guide, and assign work to marketing interns.
Track campaign performance, ROAS, conversions, engagement, and other KPIs.
Identify new marketing trends, growth opportunities, and campaign ideas.
Candidate Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or brand marketing.
Experience in FMCG, food, D2C, or e-commerce preferred.
Strong understanding of social media, performance marketing, content, and analytics.
Ability to manage a small team and take complete ownership of marketing activities.
