Role Description The Sales Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The individual in this role will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for transport, courier, and logistics services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research,



engaging with potential and existing clients, delivering presentations, and negotiating pricing and contracts within company guidelines. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, coordinating with operations teams to ensure service fulfillment, and tracking sales performance against defined targets. The Sales Business Development professional will also prepare regular reports, contribute to sales strategy discussions, and support ongoing account management to drive growth and retention.
