Sales Executive – Cognizant Learning Services

About The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will make an impact by driving growth for Cognizant Learning Services through new client acquisition, strategic account expansion, and consultative selling of workforce transformation and learning solutions. You will be a valued member of the Learning Services team and work collaboratively with client partners, industry leaders, solution architects, and delivery teams to help organizations accelerate capability development and business transformation.

In This Role, You Will

Generate, qualify, and convert current business opportunities while building and managing a strong pipeline of Learning Services engagements across target accounts.
Engage senior client stakeholders, including HR, Learning & Development, and business leaders, to identify workforce capability gaps and develop strategic learning solutions.
Lead the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and solution development through proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closure.
Partner with Cognizant account teams,



industry practices, and solution experts to create integrated, high-value client solutions and drive cross-sell opportunities.
Build long-term executive relationships and serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients align learning investments with business outcomes and measurable ROI.
