Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Orchha, responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share for Orchha Palace and Resorts. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key corporate, travel, and event accounts, and prospecting new business opportunities across relevant segments. The Senior Sales Manager will conduct regular sales calls and property visits, prepare proposals and contracts, and collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align promotions and guest offerings.



Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, forecasting, preparing reports, and guiding the sales team through coaching and performance management. The role also requires representing the resort at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and build long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel or resort sales management, with a solid track record of achieving revenue and occupancy targets.
Strong skills in business development, account management, and relationship building with corporate, travel, and event clients.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and prepare accurate forecasts and sales reports.
