We are looking for an SEO Executive who can manage SEO for assigned clients end-to-end, from strategy and execution to client communication and performance delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
* Manage day-to-day SEO communication with assigned clients.
* Understand business goals and translate them into SEO strategies.
* Lead SEO reviews, presentations, and monthly performance discussions.
* Build strong client relationships and proactively identify opportunities.
SEO Strategy & Execution
* Develop and execute SEO strategies and monthly roadmaps.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, website audits, and SEO opportunity analysis.
* Manage on-page, technical, content, local, and off-page SEO activities.
* Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for implementation.
* Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
Performance & Reporting
* Track rankings, organic traffic, leads, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
* Use tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
* Prepare and present monthly performance reports with explicit insights and action plans.
* Identify gaps and continuously optimise SEO performance.
Growth & Ownership
* Take ownership of SEO results, not just execution.
* Focus on improving organic visibility, qualified traffic, leads, and conversions.
* Identify new SEO opportunities and initiatives for client growth.
* Contribute to account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements
* 2 to 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency.
* Strong understanding of technical, on-page, content, and off-page SEO.
