Role Description:

We are looking for a Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our team. You will own live campaign performance - monitoring metrics, making optimisation decisions, and acting on defined thresholds. This is a hands on, data-driven execution role.

You will follow defined systems and processes, work with a structured team, and be accountable for performance outcomes on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor campaign performance and make optimisation decisions within defined parameters
Identify underperforming campaigns and escalate or act based on defined thresholds
Maintain accurate naming conventions, budget logs, and daily reporting
Coordinate with the CMO on performance flags, budget changes, and campaign adjustments




Communicate clearly and proactively with the team on Slack

Qualifications:

2-5 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of campaign structure: objectives, ad sets, audiences, placements, and bidding
Comfortable reading performance data and making decisions based on metrics (CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS)
Detail-oriented - you follow SOPs precisely and flag discrepancies without being asked

Working Hours & Schedule:

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST
Rotational Shift: Work schedules may rotate based on team and campaign requirements
Weekly Off: 2 days off per week on a rotational basis

Compensation & Benefits:

Basic Salary: INR 40,000-70,000 per month, based on skills and experience
Monthly Performance Bonus: USD $50-$400, in addition to the basic salary, based on performance and applicable bonus criteria
100% Remote: Work from anywhere in India
