Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and execution of electrical building services projects. The role involves developing robust electrical systems for commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients, architects, developers, contractors, and multidisciplinary MEPF teams, leading projects from concept design through detailed design, construction support, testing, and final commissioning.

Key Responsibilities




Design HT/LT power distribution, substations, transformers, switchgear, DBs, emergency power, UPS, and generator systems.
Design internal/external lighting, lightning protection, and earthing systems, including energy-efficient and architectural lighting solutions.
Develop SLDs, electrical layouts, schematics, equipment schedules, and detailed design drawings.
Design and integrate ELV systems including fire alarm, CCTV, access control, PA, structured cabling, and security systems.
Perform load, maximum demand, cable sizing, voltage drop, short-circuit/fault-level, and protection coordination calculations.
Prepare DBRs, technical reports, specifications, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, authority requirements, and project specifications.
