As a Sales Closer, you will understand customer requirements, conduct product demonstrations, handle objections, and convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
YOUR ROLE
Connect with inbound and outbound leads.
Understand business requirements and identify customer pain points.
Conduct engaging online product demonstrations for business owners and CXOs.
Explain product features, benefits, and business value effectively.
Handle client queries and objections confidently.
Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle.
Schedule and manage demo appointments efficiently.
Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1–3 years of SaaS Sales experience is mandatory.
Prior experience working in a SaaS company is a must.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
Confidence while interacting with CXOs and business owners.
Strong sales aptitude and consultative selling approach.
Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.
Solid follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
