Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving growth across banking and NBFC products and services. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and retail clients, and managing a robust sales pipeline. The role involves conducting market research, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in line with organizational policies.



The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and customer satisfaction, while tracking performance against targets and reporting regularly to leadership. This position also requires participation in client meetings, industry events, and local market initiatives to strengthen brand presence and expand the customer base.
