Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for managing and growing brand presence.
Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with Naturley Organic’s values and business goals.
Excellent Writing and Communication skills for creating transparent, engaging, and accurate posts and responses.
Experience using major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp) and basic analytics tools.
Experience in shooting product photos and videos and is well-versed with editing softwares.
Interest in or exposure to organic farming, sustainability, or agriculture-related brands is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate with diverse teams, and interact confidently with visitors and customers.
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
