Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Design Manager / Senior Engineer specializing in HPDC die design for aluminum. The role involves leading and executing the design of high-pressure die casting dies, including concept development, detailed design, and design validation for aluminum components. Responsibilities include working with advanced CAD tools, coordinating with manufacturing and quality teams, reviewing simulation results, and optimizing die designs for performance, manufacturability, and durability. The individual will collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, provide design inputs, prepare technical documentation, and support die tryouts and design modifications. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, ensuring adherence to standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in design processes and tooling practices.
