Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will identify potential clients, generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns, and schedule meetings for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who want to build a career in B2B sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation
Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns,



and online research.
Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and other lead generation tools.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements and business opportunities.
Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and generate business opportunities.
Email & LinkedIn Outreach
Send personalized email campaigns to prospective clients.
Connect and engage with prospects through LinkedIn.
Follow up through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
Maintain professional communication with potential clients.
CRM & Reporting
Update and maintain lead information in the CRM system.
Track daily outreach activities, responses, meetings scheduled, and lead status.
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Ensure accurate and organized prospect data.
