Role Description The Lead Designer role at Livspace is a full-time, For Hinjewadi Location based in Pune City. The Lead Designer will oversee end-to-end interior design projects,



from initial client consultations and needs assessment to concept development, space planning, material selection, and final design presentations. This role includes guiding and mentoring a team of designers, ensuring design quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards across all projects. The Lead Designer will collaborate closely with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution, budget alignment, and timely delivery of designs. Daily responsibilities also involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing design documentation, incorporating client feedback, and leveraging Livspace’s technology platform to manage workflows and improve the client experience.
Qualifications
Solid interior design and space-planning skills, with a portfolio showcasing residential projects and diverse design styles.
