Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced MES Solution Architect with 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems MES Manufacturing Operations Management MOM and Digital Manufacturing solutions The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in DELMIA Apriso solid knowledge of manufacturing processes enterprise integration and a proven track record of delivering endtoend MES transformation programs
While DELMIA Apriso expertise is the primary requirement the candidate should also have exposure to other MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter Critical Manufacturing SAP MEMII Rockwell FactoryTalk AVEVA MES Tulip Werum PASX or TrakSYS and be capable of leading complete MES implementations regardless of the underlying technology
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture Strategy




Lead the architecture design and delivery of endtoend MESMOM solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards
Define solution roadmaps target architectures technical standards and implementation strategies
Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal solutions leveraging Apriso other MES platforms or custom manufacturing solutions where appropriate
Drive global MES implementations site rollouts upgrades harmonization and standardization initiatives
Lead manufacturing digitalization and Industry 40 initiatives across plants and business units
Develop architecture blueprints deployment models integration designs and reusable solution frameworks
Integration Technology Leadership
Define and govern integration architectures between MES and enterprise systems such as SAP PLM Kafka OAS EWMWMS SCADA PLCs historians and shopfloor equipment
Architect scalable secure and resilient solutions utilizing APIs web services eventdriven architectures MQTT O
