We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Facilities Manager to oversee end-to-end operations across multiple student hostels, mess & transport facilities. The role requires strong vendor management, budgeting expertise, team leadership, and a high ownership mindset to ensure seamless operations and excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities:-
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple student hostels, mess facilities, and transport services.
Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and infrastructure maintenance across all properties.
Manage and coordinate vendors (Food, transport, maintenance); define and track SLAs and drive timely escalations.
Source and onboard current vendors; negotiate contracts to optimize cost and quality.
Scout and evaluate new hostel locations; support setup, readiness, and operational launch.
Build, train, and manage on-ground operations teams
Own budgeting and cost control across properties; monitor expenses and drive efficiency.
