ABOUT THE ROLE
Eplanet Soft is looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Meta Ads, paid social strategy, lead generation, conversion optimization, audience targeting, and campaign scaling.
The ideal candidate should be able to independently plan, launch, manage, analyze, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
We are looking for someone who goes beyond boosting posts or generating cheap leads. The candidate should understand how to connect campaign strategy, audience targeting, creatives, landing pages, tracking, lead quality, and business objectives to deliver measurable growth.

KEY RESPONSONSIBILITIES
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Manage lead generation, conversion, traffic, engagement, remarketing, awareness, and sales campaigns based on business objectives.
Develop campaign strategies based on audience, industry, geography, funnel stage, budget, and client goals.




Structure campaigns effectively across campaigns, ad sets, audiences, placements, and creatives.
Manage advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and client accounts.
Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, revenue, and lead quality.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement and scaling.
Develop audience targeting strategies using interests, demographics, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, website visitors, engagement audiences, and customer data.
Build effective prospecting and remarketing funnels.
Conduct regular creative testing across images, videos, messaging, hooks, offers, and CTAs.
Identify creative fatigue and recommend new creative directions.
Work closely with designers, video editors, and content teams to develop performance-focused advertising creatives.
Monitor campaign frequency, reach, CPM, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPL,
