India represents one of Botsync’s most significant growth market, with a rapidly expanding automotive, pharma, FMCG, and manufacturing ecosystem actively investing in warehouse and factory automation. With an established presence in India and a growing base of enterprise customers, this role will be responsible for driving the next phase of commercial growth across the market.

The Sales Manager will own business development and revenue growth across India, working with an active pipeline of 47+ opportunities across accounts including CAT, MSIL, HUL, Tata Motors, and Mahindra. The role will focus on identifying and developing new opportunities, strengthening relationships with enterprise customers, progressing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and taking opportunities from qualification through to closure.

This is a hunter-oriented role suited for someone with solid enterprise sales experience, a good understanding of industrial automation/intralogistics, and the commercial maturity to engage with CXO and senior business stakeholders.



You will have the opportunity to build on Botsync’s existing market traction while significantly expanding our footprint across India.

What you'll do:
Pipeline generation and deal ownership
Own the India revenue target — build, qualify, and close enterprise deals across target verticals
Own the India revenue target — build, qualify, and close enterprise deals across automotive, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and logistics verticals
Lead all customer-facing sales activity — from initial discovery through site visits, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution
Identify and qualify net-new enterprise accounts with autonomous material handling requirements in the 500kg–2,000kg payload range
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving operations, procurement, IT, and finance

Partner programme activation
Coordinate closely with India-based integration partners to accelerate deal flow
Own and deepen relationships with Botsync's local integ
