Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned region by managing and expanding retail and distribution networks, building strong relationships with channel partners, and identifying current business opportunities. Daily activities include visiting key accounts and outlets, monitoring sales performance, ensuring optimal product placement and merchandising,



and coordinating promotional activities to drive brand visibility. The Area Sales Manager will analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies, while preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Proven experience in regional or area sales management, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or fashion accessories.
Strong skills in territory management, channel development, and key account relationship building.
