Purpose of the Job:
Own one clear daily plan for materials, production and dispatch. Keep one correct view of demand, stock and quality status. Help teams prevent shortages, excess stock, ageing, expiry and production delays, while protecting customer delivery, food safety and cash.

Responsibilities:
a) Prepare one daily plan for approved demand, materials, production and dispatch
b) Keep correct stock details by item, batch, location, expiry and QA status
c) Link customer priorities to released stock and factory capacity
d) Show shortages, excess, ageing, near-expiry stock and blocked WIP early
e) Work with Sales, Procurement, Stores, Production, QA, Dispatch and Finance to close actions
f) Match physical stock with ERP records and close the cause of each difference
g) Follow FEFO and batch traceability; never plan held, rejected or expired stock
h) Do not issue a plan if approved demand, QA release, traceability or reliable stock data is missing; escalate the gap

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
a)



One correct daily view of RM / PM / WIP / FG and QA-hold stock
b) 100% planning against approved demand and QA-released stock
c) ≥98% A-item inventory accuracy by Day 90
d) 100% of approved cycle counts completed on time
e) Plan adherence target agreed after baseline review
f) Zero avoidable production stoppage due to inventory-planning failure
g) ≥80% of shortage and ageing actions closed on time by Day 60

Qualifications
a) Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, food technology or a related field
b) Preferably 4–7 years of experience, including ≥2 years in manufacturing inventory or planning
c) Food, beverage, fruit-processing, FMCG or other batch-manufacturing experience preferred
d) Good ERP and Excel skills; working knowledge of MRP, BOM, FEFO and stock control
e) Honest, practical and comfortable working on the factory floor with different teams
f) Full time, on-site role at Jejuri
