Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer (3D Max) role based in Kolkata. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, create 3D visualizations and renderings using 3ds Max, and prepare presentations that clearly communicate design intent to clients and project teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E;, and collaborating with architects, contractors,



and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of designs. The role also involves preparing and reviewing construction drawings, conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality, and adjusting designs based on feedback and project constraints. The designer will work closely with the team to deliver projects on schedule while maintaining design integrity and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Interior Design and space planning skills, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and experience collaborating with architectural and engineering teams.
Candidates should possess skills in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
